TattoosOn Leaves Its Mark on the Social Networking Scene
Boston, MA (Vocus) October 26, 2009
Now tattoo lovers have a place to leave their mark on the social networking scene. TattoosOn, the recently launched social network developed by social networking software firm, Pearse Street Consulting, provides a one-stop hub for body art enthusiasts to connect with each other and for artists to set up professional online studios.
Already boasting nearly 800 members and over 1,200 tattoos, new members ranging from the curious to the covered are signing up rapidly.
TattoosOn features a two-tiered membership structure– Standard Membership for tattoo enthusiasts and tattoo lovers and a Professional Membership for tattoo artists and tattoo shops.
Standard Membership offers members a variety of features including the ability to post pictures and stories about their own tattoos, rate tattoos, connect with other members, browse for designs, post ads, and search for their next tattoo artist.
Through the Professional Membership, tattoo artists can create their own professional online studio pages, complete with contact information, rates and portfolios. Professional members can also search for and contact users regarding their services.
“Our goal is to create a professional and trendy space for artists and tattoo shops to display their work and to create connections between people looking for tattoos, people interested in tattoos and local shops,” says Fuchsia McInerney, owner of Pearse Street Consulting.
TattoosOn membership is currently free for all members during this introductory period. For more information or to sign up visit TattoosOn today at www.tattooson.com.

Client Testimonial
“Everyone at Pearse Street was prompt in responding to our many questions and concerns. As novices at building a website, it was great to have a team of experts to answer our MANY questions and concerns. The team most definitely listened to our ideas and came up with a fabulous logo and website layout that fit our goals. They truly took our vision for the website and made it happen.” –Michelle Caplan, PurpleDay.org
