Concept Consultation

Prior to the construction of a large-scale social network community website, it is strongly recommended that you consult with your project manager to identify your goals and a specification list. During this time, we will create a site plan, brainstorm and research site features, discuss branding options, and perform preliminary market research. When all specifications are finalized, a complete proposal will be prepared for your review prior to commencement.

DESIGN FAQ

• How does your design process work?
  While many of our clients have established branding in place, many do not. If they do, we will work with the client to make their social network, profile page, website or microsite as consistent with their existing branding as they desire. If we are starting with a clean slate, we start by asking our clients a series of identity, style and layout questions to get a feeling for what they envision. From there, we begin creating logo concepts and/or layout mockups for client review. The feedback we receive is applied to revisions and various iterations of the design. When the final design is approved, it is applied to the functionality of the website.


• Do I own all the graphics that are created for my project?
  The client-approved graphics that we create for your project are owned by you, the client. Logo files are delivered in multiple high-resolution formats, and the graphic elements of the finished layout and website are copyrighted by you and can be used in other types of media.


• Will I be able to use my logo on other media?
  Once your logo concept is approved, we will provide the files to you in multiple high-resolution file formats, for use in any forum from video to print to web.


• How do you approach Information Architecture and User Interface Design?
  Having launched hundreds of websites, our team recognizes the importance of intuitive user interface design. An intelligent website layout will ensure that your viewers can orient themselves throughout the site's unique features easily, encouraging "stickiness" on the site, return users and increased monetization opportunities for you. Your website pages will be designed from wireframes to fully functional interactive pages with both your brand consistency and user experience in mind.


• What other types of graphic design support can your team provide?
  In addition to logo and layout design, our designers are skilled in product design, print media, motion graphics and animation, and video editing.
