Web Design Associate
Job Location: Lynn
Compensation: $40,000 - 100,000
Pearse Street Consulting, Inc. is a growing multimedia design company, specializing in social network website design and development looking for a talented and motivated web designer to join our team of design associates. This position will report directly to the company principals. This is a full-time position with a competitive benefits package.
Office environment is fast-paced, so candidates must be able to successfully multi-task, be able to collaborate with other designers and coders, communicate professionally with clients, work efficiently and perform on tight deadlines. Our work with high-level corporate accounts demands professionalism, and very strong attention to detail.
Job responsibilities will include:
• Create graphic mockups based on client preferences
• Provide graphic/web support to company principals
• Lead management
Requirements:
• 3+ years of Web Design Experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, XHTML/CSS
• Strong communication skills

Design Internship
Job Location: Lynn
Compensation: Stipend Available
Pearse Street is always looking for talented student and apprentice designers to join the team on an internship basis. Fulfill college credit requirements by learning the ropes of a cutting-edge design company. Work closely with professional graphic designers and Flash programmers, and support new media design and marketing efforts for our high-end clientele. Duties will include administrative support, market research, design and basic programming support as needed. Will be expected to perform under strict deadlines and exhibit motivation to learn.

Developer Internship
Job Location: Lynn
Compensation: Stipend Available
Familiar with Adobe Flash/Actionscript, social network development and social network application development a strong plus but not needed.
Candidates must be intelligent, proactive, detail-oriented, and have strong problem solving skills. They must also be familiar with emerging technologies. Design skills not required, however, but candidates must be able to communicate web strengths/limitations to the design team during web projects. Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and communicate with people of all different backgrounds desired. Should have fundamental understanding of the following:
